Résumé : The hydrogen economy will require significant advances in the generation, transmission and storage of hydrogen. This talk will describe the fundamental coordination chemistry of hydrogen and potential applications to these aspects of the hydrogen economy. The preparation of hydrogen complexes, the use of ammonia boranes for hydrogen storage and the development of biomimetic approaches to hydrogen utilization will be discussed.
